Speaking of media T-shirts…
Cory Bergman April 22nd, 2008
AngryJournalist.com is now selling some pretty cool T-shirts. Gawker is holding an offensive headline writing contest for CNN.com’s new semi-hackable T-shirts. And the NBC Store is selling this little gem. (First two via Fimoculous and the third via Broadcasting & Cable.)
Update: CNN.com has fixed the T-shirt hack.

It appears that CNN fixed the hackable URL feature.

You can still have the fun with the URL. Just got to know the keyboard shortcut for stopping your browser (command period for Firefox on Mac)

That was stupid of CNN. The hack was driving most of the traffic and buzz, and didn’t do any damage to the brand.

Waiting on the LR t-shirt line. Top sellers could be the stylish “Wasn’t that idea on Lost Remote last month?” and the soon-to-be popular “Safran did it”.

The ‘hack’ was a viral marketing technique that was live for the first 24 hours only. Look at who developed that part of the site - The Barbarian Group. They’re the subservient chicken people.
