The Broadcast Cable Financial Management Association (BCFM) has announced that it has changed its name to the Media Financial Management Association “to embrace the new media that are reshaping our businesses.” So, the finance folks have changed their association’s name, but the news association (Radio and Television News Directors Association) and the technology association (National Association of Broadcasters) are still tooting their old horns. Maybe change is a little more real on the financial side.
So, what would you rename RTNDA? NAB?
