Jon Stewart goes on “The O’Reilly Factor”

Jon Stewart stopped by the Fox News studios Wednesday for an interview with Bill O’Reilly. Stewart shared his thoughts on President Obama (mixed review) and the “narrative” that he believes Fox News presents. O’Reilly challenged Stewart on a number of points, in what turned out to be a pretty good volley. Part One here and Part Two here. The interview continues on Thursday, and we’ll have the links.

  • p.s. please tell Disqus to stop bothering me; I don't want to give them my email and make myself part of their marketing machine.
  • I'd really like to see the unedited version of the interview. Quite a few times we'd see Jon just starting his answer, then a cut and into the next question. We got a lot of O'Reilly, but most of the Stewart appeared to have been edited out.
  • really liked the talk, although john wasn't as good as he usually is. On a few items (like the non appearance of dick cheney on fox) he really let down falling back to the evil darth vader thing in stead of really answering the question.

bill was weak in answering the "fair and balanced" question, everyone knows he's lying, even the most right polictially inclined person. So just acknowledge the fact.
