Indeed. Looking back on it makes me laugh. It could have just been an episode of deja vu. But man it sounded EXACTLY like the conversation I had with the guy.

I actually wanted to just have the unnecessary pages not show up in the search but thanks for the one dedicated to me. I kinda appreciate it.

Guess that big groundswell didn't rise up for ABC the way they had planned so they had to eat crow and put their programming back on.

It's funny how with this deal and the Scripps / Cablevision deal, we knew the numbers while they were negotiating (they were both tossing them around to slime the other) and yet once those deals are signed, we never hear about their numbers again.

Another thought: maybe it's time Cable companies charge for each local channel and people can buy the ones they want. That would stop this madness. If I had a choice, I'd buy CBS and Fox and that would pretty much be it. Then ABC and NBC could see how much of a "fair market value" their networks really have.
