Nielsen has released some terrific data that compares how people watch Netflix and Hulu — and what they watch when they do. I was surprised a bit by this chart, especially the computer-to-TV number:
Apparently, there are more tech-savvy people out there than some may think. Also, the Xbox number feels a little low to me, given the huge installed base (53 million sold, 30+ million on Xbox Live, 40% of time spent not gaming.)
Nielsen also discovered (no surprise) that Netflix people watch movies more than TV shows, and the reverse is true on Hulu.
