Lost Remote App

The Lost Remote iPhone app is live, and you can download it for free here, or just search “LostRemote” in the App Store on your iPhone.

Creating the app was an experiment in itself. We used AppMakr to develop it, and the company charges just $199 for a basic app. It took a few minutes to set up using Lost Remote’s RSS feed.

Then AppMakr submitted it to Apple, and just over a week later, it went live. Nothing fancy, but downright inexpensive, and it’s a quick and easy way to catch up on Lost Remote headlines. Welcome to the long tail of mobile apps.
